Dansk Sikkerheds Makulering has since the beginning of 2013 bought 3 mobile security shredding systems from ReTec. The systems are built on a city trailer with a rotating shaft and an UNTHA RS 50 shredder makes the shredding. The capacity per hour is approx. 1100-1400 kg.

Quality pays off in the long run
According to the 3rd generation of Schou and present CEO, Poul Henrik Schou, it is not a coincident that 3 out of their 5 security shredding plants are made by ReTec:

- “The plants from ReTec are character­ized by high quality, which ensures the best conditions for our drivers in relation to workflow, operation and safe­ty. Furthermore, it is an advantage, that the ReTec is within a nearby driving range. Their flex­ibility, level of service and eager for further development have all together contributed to the valuable relationship which we have built up through the years. For us it is important to work together with a reliable company. We are satisfied with the system, and the high quality will pay off in the long run.”

Dansk Sikkerheds Makulering operates in Denmark with 4 mobile units, which covers the demand from the customers. If there is a need for further capacity at peak periods they have a fifth plant, which is also used during service and maintenance of other plants.

Customers are charged for a minimum of 100 kg of material per visit, Poul Henrik explains further:

- “That the single biggest task, which the company has handled, was a job of 80,000 kg of paper for shredding.”
