The technology of Jimco
Jimco is known as an innovative and ground-breaking developer of unique and functional products. Its world-famous air-treatment units are based on a very special technology – photolytic oxidation. The term covers the concept of cold burning in which the harmful microorganisms in the air are destroyed, while at the same time breaking the odour-binding molecule chains.
Areas of business
Jimco has specialised in the reduction of grease and odour problems through development of advanced patented UV-C & Ozone technology. This technology eliminates
a number of environmental hazards generated by industrial and commercial processes.
Due to increasingly higher hygiene demands in the food processing industry etc., the use of UV-C light to eliminate microorganisms e.g. bacteria, fungi and vira is becoming more and more commonly used.
Jimco has advanced the development of a new technology for pre-cleansing organically loaded wastewater. The technology is called Ozone Flotation and no form of chemical treatment is required in the process.
