Momentum Gruppen has signed a Management Agreement for Danish Wind Turbine

Momentum will, with effect from the 1st of July 2014, manage a Danish wind turbine, which is owned by a Danish coorperative with approximately 650 partners. The coorperative owns a well performing Vestas V80-2.0 MW turbine, which is situated in Copenhagen and has an estimated production of around 4 million kWh. The turbine was set up during 2013 and connection to the electrical grid occurred on the 19th of December 2013.

The agreement entails management of the coorperative’s activities, which includes the commercial management of the coorperative, reporting to the board of directors and partners and also representation of the turbine and the coorperative with regards to stakeholders.

“We are very proud of this agreement that was achieved in close competition against other Danish advisors within wind turbines. It is recognition of our work with wind turbines through almost 15 years in Denmark, Sweden and especially Germany, where we are already very successful. The agreement is the first of its kind for Momentum Gruppen. We are looking forward to expand our activities in Denmark with similar projects, where we can take advantage of our long-standing competences within management and maintenance of wind turbines”, pronounces Kim Madsen, CEO of Momentum Gruppen.

Counting this agreement Momentum Gruppen reaches 3 signed management agreements and an inflow of 6 wind turbines in the first half of 2014. Momentum Gruppen now represents almost 800 investors!

If you are considering a management change, please contact CEO Kim Madsen for a non-binding discussion concerning management and optimization of your wind turbine project.
