Justsen Energiteknik Takes Over and Revives Euro Therm
The Eastern Jutland company Euro Therm A/S filed for bankruptcy in July, 2019. Euro Therm A/S manufactures and markets medium-sized boiler plants and is known for their reliable and advanced turnkey solutions. Euro Therm has for decades been a very strong brand in the district heating sector with many loyal customers in Denmark and Sweden.
Justsen Energiteknik A/S has acquired all assets including service engineers and equipment. We are therefore ready to service existing customers.
The company changes its name to Euro Therm 2019 A/S and is a fully owned subsidiary of Justsen Energiteknik A/S. Euro Therm and Justsen will share address in Brabrand near Aarhus.
