P4G

P4G – Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 –  is a global initiative, with the ambition of becoming the world’s leading forum for developing concrete public-private partnerships at scale to deliver on the SDGs and the Paris Climate Agreement.

Discover P4G

P4G (Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals) is an international platform where countries and organisations collaborate to promote green growth and sustainable development, such as the World Resources Institute, C40 Cities, the Global Green Growth Institute, and State of Green. The initiative focuses on innovative solutions that protect the environment while improving quality of life globally.

The network consists of 12 partner countries, including Bangladesh, Kenya, South Korea, and the Netherlands, as well as several leading organisations working with climate and development. Together, they develop and support partnerships that aim to create scalable and impactful projects.

1. Slow: Integrating coffee production with forest conservation in Vietnam

Founded in Denmark in 2018, Slow is an impact company that works with smallholder coffee and cacao farmers in Southeast Asia.

With support from P4G, Slow Coffee has partnered with WWF to support sustainable coffee production in Vietnam through the Prosperous Forests initiative. The project works with smallholder farmers to introduce organic agroforestry practices in buffer zones near WWF priority conservation areas. In Quang Tri province, efforts are focused on establishing a biodiversity corridor between two nature reserves, while also strengthening the livelihoods of around 81,000 Arabica coffee farmers. The partnership aims to demonstrate how nature-based solutions can contribute to both environmental protection and sustainable commodity production.

Recently, Slow has made the acquisition of African Coffee Roasters (ACR), a Kenya-based company focused on origin-based coffee roasting. The partnership is part of Slow Coffee’s broader strategy to support regenerative agriculture, increase local value creation, and promote sustainable practices across the coffee supply chain.

Enfarm at P4G Summit 2025

CEO Nguyễn Đỗ Dũng represented Enfarm during the 2025 P4G Summit in Hanoi, with both Patricia Mijares, Partnership Manager at P4G, and Iver Høj Nielsen, Head of P4G in Denmark, present.

2. Enfarm uses technology to boost climate-smart farming in Vietnam

Vietnamese agri-tech company Enfarm is helping smallholder farmers improve their yields and reduce environmental impact through the use of AI and industrial IoT technology. The company has developed a digital solution that monitors soil temperature and moisture levels and provides data-driven recommendations on irrigation, fertiliser use and other key farming inputs. The goal is to enable more efficient and climate-resilient agricultural practices.

Enfarm has partnered with the Danish NGO CARE to scale the solution, with support from P4G – Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030. With ambitions to expand into regional markets such as Indonesia, Enfarm sees the collaboration and international backing as a key driver for growth.

3. Supporting water-resilient farming in Kenya

Improving access to water is a critical challenge for smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa. The partnership between Kenyan agribusiness Grekkon Limited and Danish platform Access2innovation aims to tackle this issue by introducing climate-smart agricultural solutions tailored to dry and saline-affected regions in Kenya.

Supported by a P4G grant, the partnership focuses on high-accuracy groundwater mapping, water-efficient irrigation systems and tailored advisory services. Danish technology provider TEMCompany contributes with advanced groundwater mapping tools that can assess water quality before drilling and cover significantly larger areas than conventional methods. This reduces the risk of drilling dry or contaminated wells and is expected to increase borehole success rates from 60% to 80%.

By combining local expertise with innovative technology, the partnership works to strengthen climate resilience and improve productivity for Kenyan farmers.
