Join the official Danish business delegation at COP17

Danish Industry, State of Green, the Ministry of Green Transition, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are cordially inviting you to participate in the UN Biodiversity Conference, COP17, in Yerevan, Armenia on 19-30 October 2026.

The global conference will bring together governments, businesses, civil society, and experts to take stock of global biodiversity efforts since the adoption of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework – and to accelerate implementation on the road to 2030.

The global decline of biodiversity ranks among the most urgent environmental challenges of our time, and the conference brings together governments, businesses, civil society, and experts to drive accelerated action. For the first time, Denmark will have a visible presence in the Blue Zone through a shared Nordic Pavilion and a coordinated Danish business delegation.

More information will follow. Stay tuned on this page or get in touch for potential cooperation on COP17 activities.

The Nordic Pavilion

Denmark is part of The Nordic Pavilion at COP17 in Armenia 2026.

The Nordic countries are internationally recognised as leaders in climate action. A joint Nordic Pavilion in the Blue Zone offers the Nordic countries an opportunity to present a unified and coordinated voice to the international community, strengthen the Nordic brand, and create a shared platform for political dialogue, knowledge exchange, and business partnerships when it comes to biodiversity.
