State of Green Receives ‘Environmental Leadership Award’

State of Green has received the ‘Environmental Leadership Award” at the GreenTec Awards show in Munich.

The award recognises Denmark’s position as one of the leading green countries in the world, not least in terms of managing environmental challenges, amongst others by implementing technologies and solutions related to energy efficiency and district energy. Since 1980, Denmark’s economy has grown by more than 70% while its energy consumption remained the same and CO2 emissions have been reduced.
