Viking Wind a part of a business delegation to Georgia

On 14-15 May 2023 Viking Wind and peers were accompanying the Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen on a business delegation in Georgia

The purpose of the visit was to reiterate Denmark’s firm support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity by opening an embassy in Georgia and to help facilitate the green transition in the country.

The business delegation accompanying the Foreign Minister on his visits has special expertise in the energy and water sector.

Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen says:

” Georgia has embarked on an ambitious plan for the green transition. As a world leader in green energy and water management solutions, Denmark is ready to help Georgia on this path. By bringing together Danish and Georgian businesses and international financial institutions, we hope to unlock the full potential of the green transition in Georgia.”

As such Viking Wind’s CEO Ulrich Høgenhaven and the head of Sales & Projects Pia Jakobsen were part of the Danish business delegation to demonstrate the Viking VS household wind turbine’s many purposes and ways to contribute to a green transition for peers and stakeholders.
