P4G Vietnam Summit 2025

Under the theme Global Partnership for Green Sustainability: Inclusion. Innovation. Responsible Actions, this year’s P4G Summit is all about supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, accelerating global climate finance to help support country-level climate transitions.

Strategically positioned between COP29 – ‘The Finance COP’ – and COP30 in Belem, the P4G Vietnam Summit provides global leaders with the latest insights from entrepreneurs and investors who are driving global financial commitments into real investments in nationally aligned and locally based climate ventures. With a focus on practical solutions and transformative partnerships, P4G’s fourth biennial summit serves as a catalyst for environmental and economic progress.

The global event kicks off with a pre-summit on 14–15 April, designed to showcase climate startups and bring P4G’s National Platforms and Global Advisory Council together for their annual meetings. On 15 April, there will be a pitch day where P4G and Vietnamese climate startups will pitch their business models to investors. The session provides 80+ climate startups from around the world with a unique platform to pitch their business models and innovative solutions to a distinguished panel of judges, which included investors, funders, accelerators, industry leaders, and government representatives. Iver Høj Nielsen, Head of P4G Activities at State of Green, will act as a judge on panels focusing on renewable energy and food loss and waste.

By gathering the world’s leaders in innovative finance and featuring P4G climate startup companies and global climate businesses, the P4G Summit creates opportunities to rapidly advance and scale financeable models for on-the-ground climate solutions.

Partnering for green growth and the global goals 2030

P4G is an international initiative supported by countries, businesses, international organisations, academia, and civil society. It mobilises an ecosystem of 12 partner countries, five organisational partners, and more than 240 corporate and civil society partners in an engaged, action-oriented alliance of governments, businesses, and investors. P4G contributes to inclusive, net-zero transitions in low- and middle-income countries by supporting climate businesses to become investment-ready so they can provide locally led solutions in food, water, and energy systems. The focus is on solutions in climate-smart agriculture, food loss and waste, water resilience, zero-emission mobility, and renewable energy.

State of Green functions as the Danish P4G platform, staging local partnerships, opportunities, and resources. Specifically, the work performed by State of Green within P4G staging is intended to give the Danish business community access to relevant partners and governments in emerging markets who share Denmark’s ambitious intention to meet the SDGs.
