Completion of Monopile load-out at Lindø: Sail away set for October 31

On Thursday, October 23, we successfully completed the final load-out of XXL Monopiles for the current project at Lindø. All three remaining Monopiles were loaded onto the vessel in a single day without incident.

The completion of this significant project has provided us with valuable experience and insights into managing the industry’s largest foundations.

The manufacturing process yielded a welding defect rate of just 0,05%, showcasing our ability to deliver the largest Monopiles required for the offshore wind industry to the highest quality standards.

We extend our appreciation to all team members who contributed to achieving this significant milestone.

Since our initial offshore wind projects in 2002, we have advanced in step with industry developments, scaling up in megawatts, increasing length, diameter and weight of our components, in close partnership with clients to address their specific requirements.

We look forward to applying this knowledge to future Monopile projects at CS WIND Offshore.
