December 2023 marked a significant milestone in our company’s history as we joined the CS WIND corporation. This acquisition represents more than a mere change in ownership; it signifies a leap into a future where our combined strengths will enhance production capabilities and expand our reach. Our new company name, CS WIND Offshore, emphasizes our area of expertise, and every day, over 1,600 dedicated colleagues in Denmark collaborate with our global CS WIND family to position ourselves as the world’s leading renewable energy company.

The legacy of Bladt Industries and its expertise in delivering high-quality solutions continue, dating back to its inception in 1965 as a small welding workshop in Aalborg. We take pride in the history of Bladt Industries, recognized as a pioneer that has shaped and advanced the offshore wind industry since its early years.

Today, as CS WIND Offshore, we offer an extensive product portfolio in offshore wind foundations, including transition pieces, monopiles, jackets, and floating foundations. As part of a robust international family, we leverage our shared global supply chain. Additionally, we utilize the manufacturing facilities of CS WIND in eight countries to meet various clients’ needs.
