From 22 -23 September, Colombia will bring together a diverse audience from across the world with the aim of shaping policies and securing climate finance to facilitate an equitable transition towards a net-zero future.
The Summit will unite an array of global stakeholders, including world leaders, policymakers, financial institutions, youth leaders, NGOs, and investors. With a primary focus on biodiversity, energy transition, and sustainable cities, the main objective is to elevate climate solutions, spotlight innovative partnerships and create replicable models, as well as raising awareness in priority transition areas. By showcasing P4G’s partnership models, the summit will be a global learning for participants to exchange knowledge and break down barriers enabling an acceleration of climate financing.
Denmark was one of the initiators behind P4G in 2017. Since then, Danish companies have participated in partnerships that improve the livelihoods of coffee farmers in Ethiopia, provide a green fuel to cement production in Vietnam, and create efficient industrial cooling systems in Indonesia, just to name a few.
