• Metering strategy: enables the collection of building performance data from all utility types, indoor climate sensors, old meters, main & sub-meters, from the boiler room and existing systems. NorthQ also distributes all needed smart meters at the lowest market price.
• IoT strategy: handles the huge amounts of data transferred from different communication protocols, utility meters and systems, to the cloud to be processed. NorthQ’s IoT technology has an additional validation feature that double-checks incoming data for its quality and reliability.
• Cloud platform: processes all building asset data and analyses it through multiple steps. Starting with data ingestion focused on cybersecurity, and continuing with data cleaning, where odd values are removed and missing ones are restored. The final and vital step is data standardisation, which centralises all the different data types & sources under the same format for easy access & usability.
• Visualisation & services: NorthQ’s services transform the collected and organised data into actionable insights and reports or provides clients directly with API integration. Portfolio and building level dashboards focus on visualising the data, including automatic ESG & CO2 reporting.
