Energy Tours in Thy are a Great Success

The program included a bus trip to the National Test Centre for Large Wind Turbines in Østerild where the participants experienced the giant turbines up close. Next stop on the programme was the village of Frøstrup, where the guests were given a tour of the Energy Point Frøstrup. The evening ended with a dinner made from local organic ingredients in the community house Frøstrup Inn.

87 guests attended the two tours. One third were local members while the majority came from the rest of Jutland. A few members had even taken the long journey from Funen to experience energy in Thy.

Organizer and member of IDA Mors-Thy, Leif Amby, is very happy about the great interest shown for the Energy Tours.
"I hope, that we will have more such events in the future," Leif Amby says and continues - "Our goal is to provide the tours with an even greater professional content in response to our members’ wishes."
