EXPO-NET Warning Nets are designed to provide a highly visible and reliable warning system installed above buried cables and pipes to prevent excavation damage.
The nets feature a unique mesh structure that ensures the excavator teeth catch the net during digging. As a result, parts of the net are pulled up with the bucket and become clearly visible both inside and outside the trench, alerting operators before the underlying infrastructure is reached.
Manufactured from polypropylene (PP), the warning nets are non-degradable and do not release harmful substances into the soil. They are available in a wide range of widths, lengths, and colours corresponding to standard pipe and cable colour codes and can be supplied with printed warning text at one-metre intervals.
For enhanced traceability, the nets can also be supplied with an integrated tracer wire made from acid-proof stainless steel with PP coating, allowing non-metallic cables to be easily located after installation.
