State of Green introduces Water Tours
With the introduction of Water Tours, State of Green offers tailor-made visiting programs for international businesses, politicians, civil servants and journalists interested in learning about Danish water solutions, technologies and business perspectives.
The opening of State of Green Water Tours was introduced by Minister of the Environment Ida Auken in attendance of H.R.H. Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark:
“Denmark has had its share of challenges with both water pollution and over-exploitation of our water resources. But decades ago, we decided to make a change. Today, innovative solutions ranging from the reduction of urban water loss to using wastewater as an energy resource are at hand at companies and utilities around the country”, said Minister of the Environment Ida Auken.
Water Tours tailored to your needs
A water tour provides incoming delegations with a unique insight into technological solutions, business perspectives and competences from leading Danish companies, utilities and institutions. All tours are tailored to suit specific needs, for instance through a combination of business meetings, site visits and conferences or other events:
“With State of Green Water Tours, Danish companies are offering to share their expertise and experience with the world. I encourage everybody to take advantage of the lessons learned here in Denmark”, said the Minister.
