Viking Wind’s turbine is on the positive list from Danish Energy Association

Distribution companies in Denmark have the responsibility for the administration of the technical regulations of Energinet for the grid connection of generating units to the public power grid. To make the process for power grid connection of small generating units up to 50 kW more effective, positive lists are drawn up for generating units and generating unit components, which are assessed to comply with the technical regulations of Energinet.

Distribution companies in Denmark have the responsibility for the administration of the technical regulations of Energinet for the grid connection of generating units to the public power grid.

To make the process for power grid connection of small generating units up to 50 kW more effective, positive lists are drawn up for generating units and generating unit components, which are assessed to comply with the technical regulations of Energinet.

That way the unit owner can avoid including the extensive documentation for the power grid connection of a generating unit.

You can see the new positive list here and read more about how to get included on the Danish Energy Association’s website.

We can proudly announce that Viking Wind’s turbine VS is at the moment the only turbine in its class that appears on the new positive list.
