The survey includes 629 turbines and 11 service companies, the turbine owners were able to give a score between 1-5 with 5 as excellent and 1 as poor. Viking Wind’s total score is 4.1 which must be considered highly satisfactory!

The owners were asked to voice and rank their opinion on a wide range of subjects from the service quality and quality of repairs to technical knowledge and communication.

In the area of quality of service and reparations, Viking Wind scores a joint first ranking along with Per & Jørgen Therkildsen A/S with a score above 4; and in the area “the company’s technical knowledge/ the technician’s knowledge about your turbine”, Viking Wind comes in second.

On the question of whether the turbine owner would recommend the company to others, Viking Wind comes in second with a score of nearly 4.

The only remark about Viking Wind’s performance was a request for the company to email service reports subsequently. But as Viking Wind already attaches the service rapport to the invoice as a PDF file, the problem seems solved already.

Overall it is a very satisfactory result of the survey for Viking Wind, which we a naturally proud of.
