SimService Wins Gazelle Fast Growth Award

By |
11 October 2013

The Danish financial newspaper, Børsen, annually selects companies for the Gazelle Award on key growth and profitability metrics. This year, SimService has been appointed the coveted award that is only given to the fastest growing companies in Denmark.

A Great Honor
SimService Partner and CEO Kim Wiig Christiansen sees the award as a confirmation of the innovative market approach, that differentiates SimService from other telecom companies on the M2M market:

- This award is one of the highest honors a company can receive for its growth in Denmark and we are obviously very proud. It recognizes our hard working and dedicated employees for their outstanding effort and proves that our market strategy is sound.

Fastest Growing Companies in Denmark
To be selected for the Gazelle Award, a company must have experienced tremendous growth. In short, the company must have made continuous growth and at least have doubled its revenues or gross profits over a four-year period.

This year, not even 1 % of Denmark’s companies qualified for the award that is based on data provided by the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. Since 1995, less than 24,000 companies have been nominated the Gazelle Award.

In Denmark, “Gazelle” has become a synonym for a high-growth company.
