SE Energy & Climate is the climate division of SE, one of Denmark’s largest utility companies and a modern energy and communications supplier.
Building on Denmark’s long tradition on leading climate solutions we add value to customers based on synergies covering full service solutions from screening to documentation of realized energy savings.
We have united the top expertise and competencies within Climate and Energy Optimisation in SE Energy & Climate, thus creating tangible and substantial energy savings with clear bottom-line effect to companies and municipalities domestically and abroad – and we also guarantee the savings. The average payback time for our customers is 2.5 years, IRR is approximately 58 % and PVI is on 3.89.
We work closely with our customers to reduce and better control their energy costs, which increases revenue and strengthen their competitiveness. Our customers are also improving their green profile, which we can further strengthen with wind power and electric vehicles.
SE Energy & Climate has already realised annual energy reductions in excess of 700,000,000 kWh.
Regarding energy efficiency, our engineers have visited thousands of facilities, installations and buildings and have experience necessary to be a sparring partner for the customer, and to provide the advice needed. Energy is a dynamic, knowledge-intensive area, and we are always up-to-date with the latest knowledge.
The agreement between Hanegal and SE Big Blue is 10 years old and is based on new wind turbines, which have been operational since 2013. The collaboration means that Hanegal is helping to drive the transition to renewable energy and thus completely neutralizes the climate impact of their electricity with wind power . The agreement […]
Heating Pumps in Industrial Cleaning Applications Funded by ELFORSK The project will develop a heat pump solution for an industrial cleaning applications and the solution will be tested at Grundfos for a specific washing process. The solution is expected to lead to electricity savings of about 50 %. The project will also develop a software tool which […]
Energy is an important driver of industrial productivity growth. For a long time Europe has known that energy efficiency is the most cost-effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This White Paper covers insights into Denmark’s experience with energy efficiency across a wide range of industrial sectors through state-of-the-art case examples.
Buildings account for up to 40% of society’s energy demand and thereby play a key role in the green transition. This White Paper can be used as a tool for inspiration to spot the potential or implement building automation and energy-efficient measures in new and existing buildings globally.
