Renew Energy is part of the development of a large biomass project on St. Croix U.S. Virgin Island, together with the US development company Tibbar Energy.

Renew Energy's experience in designing and operating biogas systems all over the world has proven successful and will benefit the development of the system in St. Croix.

The biomass project requires an extensive agricultural and anaerobic digestion/energy generation operation that will create more than 40 full times jobs over 25 years. Additionally, the project will generate continuous prime power and provide diversification in U.S. Virgin Island's renewable energy portfolio.
