Implemented solutions include our bespoke onshore and offshore market sizing Wind Scenario Model (WSM) tool for outbound installation & commissioning tasks involving the wind turbine generator (WTG) and for offshore only also balance of plant (BOP) finished modules.

We have recently used the WSM tool in strategy consulting assignments for a major shipping & logistics conglomerate, a global freight forwarding & logistics provider, and for a wind market research company.

Most of our clients are already active within the transport sector and are therefore shipping-, logistics-, or SCM type companies. However, you do not need to be a shipping or logistics company to require our services. We also work with utilities companies, wind farm operators, engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) companies, OEM’s, banks, private equity funds, and wind energy market investors.
