How to get the spotlight as a sustainable partnership at the P4G Summit

As an homage to sustainable partnerships, P4G has launched the 2020 State-of-the-Art Partnership Awards. The awards highlight the “best of the best” among sustainable partnerships and the winners will get the spotlight during the P4G Seoul Summit taking place from 28 to 30 June, 2020.

At the summit, the award-winners will present in front of several of the world’s heads of state and other influential leaders in sustainability and growth – many of whom will be involved in COP26. This gives partnerships an opportunity to take the lead on the narrative of climate action through partnerships.

Application for the State-of-the-Art Partnership Awards are open now – deadline is 31 May 2020.

Background

To qualify, a partnership must include at least one organization each from the private, public and civil society sectors and have achieved measurable impact in its target SDG sector. The global competition is open to partnerships in any country or combination of countries. P4G will accept applications on its website, p4gpartnerships.org, no later than 31 May 2020.

P4G and a panel of expert judges will select a winner from the following SDG areas:

  • SDG 2 Zero Hunger
  • SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation
  • SDG 7 Affordable and Clean Energy
  • SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities
  • SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production (circular economy)
