We begin 2016 with a bang by offering an entirely new range of controllers developed specifically for ventilation: the new VCH range.

Based on many years of experience with ventilation applications, these new ventilation controllers put particular emphasis on easy installation and energy savings. Our experts took our popular pressure transmitters as the starting point for creating a range of ventilation controllers that you can use for fan control, damper control – and inside rooftop fans. Choose between several variants – from compact, simple and straightforward to larger display units for sophisticated control.

Meet Ecodesign regulations – Save energy

The Ecodesign regulations impose strict requirements for energy-efficient equipment and applications, and the new VCH ventilation controllers help you meet those demands. They ensure major energy savings by instantly adapting motor/system performance in response to pressure transmitter input: getting exactly the right pressure translates into system savings. Filter monitoring also helps conserve power: it ensures that dirty filters are replaced before pressure drops lead to excessive energy waste.

A ventilation controller for any application

The new VCH ventilation controllers meet many different needs. The compact versions are ideal for e.g. incorporating into rooftop fans, while the 230V version with BMS are typically used in building projects, such as blocks of flats. Both types are ideal matches for the OJ-DV range of drives. The range also allows for operation at different speeds, e.g. for night, day and override mode.

Fan Controller: Controls the fan motor, adjusting its performance to ensure constant air pressure/flow
Damper Controller: Regulates a damper to ensure constant air pressure/flow in the ducts.
Rooftop Controller: Controls a rooftop fan via an OJ-DV drive to ensure constant air pressure/flow in the ducts. The VCH and OJ-DV units communicate via Modbus
Apartment block ventilation: The VCH unit controls any 10V motor to ensure constant air pressure in the ducts. Combine your VCH with PTH and OJ-DV units to communicate via Modbus.

Easy connectivity

With the VCH range, you get the easy connectivity you expect from an OJ Electronics solution. For the VCH-1212-P model, which is used in conjunction with the pressure transmitter of your choice, you can get Modbus connectivity for optimum accuracy – and access to a range of BMS functions, including status readouts and alarms.

Simple setup

The new ventilation controllers allow you to handle the entire set-up process via a user-friendly menu. Things couldn’t be simpler – and you get to choose between several options when setting the pressure range.
