The third EU Green Building build by NCC in Denmark is under construction in Århus. The Zenit Company House is a multi user house. Tenants can concentrate on the operation of their business, while we ensure common facilities like canteen and fully equipped meeting facilities. Tenants in a Green Building will also benefit from the low energy costs.

EU Green Building criteria say that the energy consumption of new buildings must be at least 25 percent below national requirements for energy consumption.

NCC Property Development, as the first European property developer, has been approved as EU Green Building partner at corporate level. This entails that nearly 75 percent of the company’s projects must comply with Green Building criteria.
