The restaurant Flammen in Esbjerg (Denmark) has now textile based ventilation installed in the kitchen, above the grill and in the restaurant. This creates a draft-free ventilation and a healthy indoor climate for the guests and employees. Furthermore, we have used the GreenWeave material for longer washing intervals and thus a more cost and energy efficient solution.
KE Fibertec supplied tailored ventilation solutions for the kitchen, mezzanine, above the buffet/grill and in the restaurant. With textile ducts the fresh air is evenly distributed, at the same time providing a comfortable indoor climate.
For the project we chose the sustainable GreenWeave material that features the highest dust holding capacity on the market. This means longer washing intervals which makes it a cost-efficient solution.
