Precise and lively procedures for your employees

Precise and lively procedures for your employees with Visualized ISO Procedures in the Sherlock System

Take a look at the management systems available in the market, we can only see innumerable softwares with lengthy and tedious procedures. For that reason, European House of Quality finds the need of simplifying and energizing the usual form of communication. We introduce the project “Visualized ISO Procedures”. With the use of animation, simple speech bubbles and narration, the ways of performing certain procedures and meanings of some important guidelines are explained clearly and stimulatingly.

Visualized ISO Procedures” gives employees an overview and relevant knowledge regarding the know-how of quality-, environment- and safety management using interactive animated films. This eliminates the problem of a myriad employees finding it burdensome and formidable to read long procedural guidelines. Also, the project is expected to uncover the use of alternative learning methods which can meet employees’ individual learning styles. Besides, as sustainability is playing an increasing role in day-to-day business activities around the world, adopting Sherlock System and “Visualized ISO Procedures” enable responsible companies to have proper management of resource use and contribute in environmental protection for our future generation.

The animated films of “Visualized ISO Procedures” will be implemented in the Sherlock System and the Sherlock e-learning programme. Sherlock System is a management system which monitors the quality, environment and safety aspects of a company. This provides an efficient channel for companies to ensure that their production or services have upheld the ISO certifications, sustainability standards and business ethics.

European House of Quality, developer of the Sherlock System, was granted 50% of this 500,000 DKK “Visualized ISO Procedures” project from Region Midt in Denmark. The Danish Technological Institute and Roskilde University are also our project partners.

Our company is looking forward to establish contacts with Chinese authorities and companies which wish to improve their safety, environment and quality management to ISO certified standards and provide a more productive environment for their employees. To do so, we pool much of our resources to develop a more user-friendly Sherlock system and “Visualizes ISO Procedures” to Chinese users- by working closely with East China Normal University in Shanghai and inviting student from University of Hong Kong as resources of Chinese working culture.
