CLEAN have, in cooperation with State of Green, Inno-MT and English Soil Partnership drawn up a report of the Danish sector of soil and groundwater purification.
Denmark has for many years focused on soil and groundwater treatment to ensure groundwater reserve against pollution and protect public health among other things. It has fostered the development of a number of unique competencies in Denmark, both in terms of governmental systems for the prevention, identification and treatment of contaminated sites, and the development of technological solutions for soil and groundwater. These skills can be exported in global markets.
The report will be used as an overall promotion of the sector to foreign stakeholders. It provides an accessible overview of the Danish competencies in the area as well as the companies and organizations that are helping to shape the sector.
