We have specialised in producing hybrid bearings for 2 areas: sport and industry. All bearings are handmade in Denmark using components from the best suppliers in the world. We have many years of experience developing hybrid bearing solutions for industrial applications, using ceramic balls of a unique quality together with other specially developed components. CeramicSpeed bearings have unique properties, which can solve challenges where ordinary steel bearings aren’t good enough. In addition to this CeramicSpeed bearings have a lifetime which is 4-8 times longer than steel bearings; this simplifies maintenance and increases up time in industrial production.
The cost of bearings themselves forms a very small part of the total cost of the machines in which they are installed – both in new machinery and in maintenance. However, the cost of maintaining or replacing bearings can be much higher. This means that bearings that last longer can reduce operating costs significantly.
