75 terraced low-energy class 2025 houses. These terraced houses in two levels are built up in super insulating Connovate elements, which Arkitema have developed in close cooperation with Prefab, Ambercon and Contec. The elements ensure a U-value of the outer walls of less than 0.09, with a wall thickness of only 360 mm, where they would be 700 mm made of conventional elements.

The roofs have integrated solar cells on the surface. As far as we know, the solar cell panel is the largest conducted panel in Denmark. Together with the heat pumps the solar cell panel is covering the energy consumption of the building. That way the houses produce more energy than they consume (heating).
