Renewal of municipal sewer system in a six-year framework agreement
This framework agreement future-proofs the utility company's wastewater handling. Fredericia Spildevand can provide a high security of supply and is well-prepared as regards handling the increased amount of water arising from the climate changes.
No-Dig and conventional excavation
One of Aarsleff's principal strengths is specialist skills within sewer renewal - by means of the conventional excavation method and not least by means of No-Dig methods. As a result, Aarsleff holds a market leading position internationally.
The contract with Fredericia Spildevand includes conventional installation of collectors, manholes and laterals and in addition to this, CIPP Lining of collectors and laterals as well as spot repairs. The contract is a turnkey contract with no consultant involved, and we collect data about the existing pipe system, carry out geotechnical and environmental investigations and handle all meeting activities with pipe owners and road department. In addition, we inform the Danish Working Environment Authority and residents about any forthcoming work.
